You might have seen that Sean recently built an amazing modern desk for our new desktop computer (I know, what year is this!) Well, I decided that I wanted a modern chair to go with it. I wanted something comfy, so I didn't really want to DIY it (lol). I stalked the thrift store for a while, but I was on a time line and of course the number one rule of thrifting is that you never find what you are looking for when you are on a schedule! So, I turned to my side chick: Amazon Prime. I was shocked to find so many good modern desk chairs that don't look like desk chairs for great prices. Side note, because I got questions when I posted about this on a Facebook group. I did NOT want wheels since the space is small and carpeted and there's frankly no where to roll to!

(the one I selected was sold old- boo) I have a hermann miller Aeron. Love it and recently had a repairmen come here to replace the casters. Under warranty so didn't spend a dime! A.Men! All the adjustments the chair makes and lumbar support made this a winner. (I do have a chair mat - but also commercial grade low loop carpet - so wheels work on either)
