Want to decorate your home for Valentine's Day? Bring on the pink and florals! Check out my Valentine's Day Mantel Decor this year!

I have been having so much fun decorating for Valentines Day this year, simply because it delights my kids so much!

Seriously, every time I do a craft or add a piece of decor while they are at school - they spot it instantly when they get home and always love it!

So, I definitely wanted to do a Valentine's Day mantel this year. It was a great way to cluster together some of the holiday crafts I've been doing and have a festive focal point in my space!

I had so much fun setting up this Valentine Day mantel.

Heart Wall Hanging

The centerpiece, of course, is the giant heart wall hanging. I designed it to look like the front of a box of chocolates!

It is made from a foam core poster board that I essentially upholstered and added a bow to.

Flower Vases

I added vases on either side of the mantel to add a little more mid-height.

Here are the vases that I have, from left to right:

  • heart vase with faux peonies
  • white candy dish (vintage, but similar), with faux conversation hearts
  • DIY candy heart vase
  • heart vase with faux ranunculus

I love all of the shades of pink and all of the texture that these vases and florals add to the space!

Red Bows

I was actually inspired to set up this entire mantel by my big red bows from Christmas. We decorated with a ton of bows - and they are in a bin on top of our holiday decor section of the attic!

I decided to hang my bow garlands across the underside of the mantel. We have command hooks under there all year long, so I just hung it on that.

I hung up my large bows from target, but this set up would also be great with my DIY bow pillow!

Rose Table Runner

I am toying with the idea of keeping my rose table runner on the mantel, too.

All I did was lay it across the center of the mantel. It love how it adds color and texture to the center of the space!

I actually think that this would look great done the entire length of the mantel - all by itself!

That's it! I love how this turned out - so sweet and festive for the holiday!
