Want to make your yard extra fun for Easter? Here's how to make and Easy DIY Yard Carrot Patch for Easter!

We have been having so much fun decorating for all of the holidays around here lately.

Of course, Easter is such a fun one to decorate for.

Eggs, bunnies... and carrots! So fun for the kiddos.

We ordered an adorable inflatable bunny for the yard, but he was looking a little lonely.

So, I decided to make him his own carrot patch! This was so easy to put together and SUCH a hit with the kids!

We did it across the yard but these would look great on either side of your driveway, too!

Here's how easy it is to set up a faux carrot patch in your yard for Easter decor!

Supplies needed:

  • Orange sports cones
  • Faux grass picks

Make sure you have the same number of cones and picks! The packs linked above each come in packs of 20!

Steps to make:

STEP 1: Set out the cones

Lay the cones out in your yard. Take a minute to be sure they are spread out evenly and fill the space nicely.

STEP 2: Add the grass

Take each pick of grass. Take a second to slightly fluff and spread the branches. The picks I got have wire in them so they are totally shapable!

Then, press the pick into the ground through the center of the cones. Press them so they are firm and secure but the grass sticks out of the cone.
